Since 1973, A&B Process Systems has been a leader in design, fabrication and installation of stainless steel process tanks and vessels, process piping, process modules and skidded systems for a variety of industries. Our Commitment to Quality Assurance

At A&B Process Systems, quality means meeting our customer’s requirements – every time. Our process systems are fabricated by our factory-trained ASME-certified fabricators. All of our experienced stainless steel fabricators work closely with our engineering and design teams to meet regulatory standards including FDA, USDA, 3-A, cGMP, API, BPE, ASME (U & R) guidelines. A&B Process Systems also provides automated welding processes, such as orbital welding, for sanitary and high-purity piping systems.

Every one of our process systems pass through our exclusive Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) Center before leaving our facility. Our FAT procedure ensures that each process system meets all regulatory guidelines and is ready for integration into our customers’ facilities without interrupting plant production.

In-process and final inspections are performed by our plant managers, full-time quality assurance inspectors and third-party agencies to confirm all specifications are met. Testing is done in accordance to specification and regulatory requirements. Our quality assurance inspections include:

visual examination
boroscopic examination
hydrostatic testing
radiographic examination
surface roughness testing
riboflavin testing
passivation testing
FAT results become part of the equipment turn-over package, and are provided at the time of shipment.
