The HDX-series of vibratory filler is designed for the prescribed filling of free-flowing products into cases or drums ranging in weights of 15 lbs to 75 lbs. Free-flowing products like nuts, seeds, pebbles, and more can be fed, weighed, and dispensed at accuracies of ± 0.25 to 1%. The HDX-series is available in1 to 3 lanes with speeds ranging up to 20 containers per minute (cpm). Featuring weigh buckets with capacities from 0.5 lb to 75 lbs, a heavy duty electromagnetic vibrator, and custom designed 16” wide vibrating trays to transport product, makes this the heavy duty series of vibratory filler.
