This equipment is used for the sampling of mixed wort(before wort boiling), and the sampling when the wort enter wort kettle and temporary tank from filter tank.
Put the sampling wort into the sampler, cooling by ice water( or tap water), then measure the wort concentration by saccharimeter.
When the wort operate the backflow process in the filter tank, observe the clarity of the filtration wort, if it is qualified, then the wort will come to the wort kettle automatically. Otherwise, it will operate the backflow again, until it becomes qualified.
