DESCRIPTION:
This manually operated filling head for kegs comprises a standard, stainless steel dispense head (Micromatic make) which is extended as described:
At the beer connection is a stainless steel butterfly valve mounted and a hose nozzle to which a fabric rubber hose - suitable for food stuff use - is connected. This ends in a welding liner DN 32 inclusive nut (interface to costumer line). At the CO2-connection of the filling head a distributor part is attached by means of a male pipe fitting. This distributor is connected to a stainless steel pressure gauge 0-4 bars at the right hand side, and a ball valve 5/8" with a nozzle at the left hand side (connection for CO2) .The control device (to adjust the filling rate, and possibility for pressure releasing at the end of the filling) is placed above these.
lt consists of a cylinder sight glass with a ball inside, an adjustable vent valve and a release pusher.
