GRAPE FIBER AS AN INGREDIENT

Grape fiber is a natural co-product made from the grape pomace generated from juice pressing operations. Grape fiber as an all-natural ingredient and is a high-quality source of soluble and insoluble dietary fiber. Grape fiber has many applications as an ingredient in the human and animal food markets. Our customers use grape fiber for the following applications:
• Additional fiber content in prepared food products

• A substitute for modified food starches

• Gluten free food production

• Increasing the amount of NATURAL ingredients in a food product

• Greening their label

• Sourcing North American ingredients

Grape fiber is available milled to customer specifications.

Packaging
Product packaged in super sacks and forty to fifty pound lined bags. All human grade product packaging meets FDA 21 CFR 177.1520 and 21 CFR 178.2010 requirements.

Storage
Cool and dry storage. Keep out of sunlight.

Shelf Life
18 months from date of manufacture.
