NSM MAGNETTECHNIK, the expert for lid and can handling has developed for the bottling/filling industry a fully automatic lid debagger. The lids for can filling supplied in paper bags are debagged fully automatically and fed to the capper.
The core of the plant consists of a newly developed cut-open device. A rotating cutter with an integrated suction device and guide mandrel ensures a safe opening of the bag so that the lids are not damaged. An integrated suction device prevents a contamination of the cover by paper residues and paper dust.
