Insulation for JAD heat exchangers consists of two parts which makes the insulation easy to assembly and dismantle.
Insulation for JAD heat exchangers is manufactured using:
polyurethane foam (PFI) – parts fastened with bands
aluminium covered mineral wool (AMWI) – parts fastened with latch clamps
Working parameters:
max. working temperature: 135 °C (for PFI insulation)
250 °C (for AMWI insulation)
thickness: 30 mm
thermal conductivity: 0,024 W/mK (for PFI insulation)
0,035 W/mK (for AMWI insulation)
Att.: Insulation with thermal resistance up to 350°C is also available.
