Simik piston filler is suitable for filling both liquid and viscous products, like tomato ketchup, chili sauce, paste, soybean sauce, meat paste, barbecue sauce, cheese spread, puree, oil, pulp, jam, honey, butter, jelly, cream, yogurt, syrup, salad dressing, washing-up liquid, shampoo and so on.


Features
The concept of Simik piston filler is based on the volumetric piston filling principle.
Simik piston filling machines are used for filling hot and cold liquid to viscous products, pulp, jelly and puree into cans, plastic bottles and glass containers.
The level inside filling barrel is adjusted automatically by float and controlled on HMI panel.
 
Inlet and outlet of machine can be designed to be 90° or 180° according to customer’s demand.
 
All parts of filler that contacting with product are made of high quality stainless steel to correspond to utmost hygienic requirements.
