Cone dispenser
How it works
Two holding rings support and guide the stacks of cones. Two pullers with rubber pistons are adjusted to the right pressure to separate the bottom cone from the stack and gently release it onto the lamella. The dispenser is not sensitive to spacing errors in the stack. And it prevents jamming in case damaged cones are loaded into the dispenser.

Thanks to:
Airless nozzle and individual pumps for each lane
Flush feature
Integrated optical sensor and calibration

Chocolate sprayer
How it works
The chocolate sprayer uses individual pumps with high quality pressure valves for each lane – with adjustable volumetric dosing that ensures a high degree of repeatability and that the specified amount of chocolate is very evenly sprayed into each cone. An airless system eliminates the messiness of systems using air pressure. The unit is enclosed to prevent chocolate mist in the surroundings.

Trouble-free lid dispenser
Gets it right the first time
Reliable operation
Controlled lid dispensing – gets it right every time
Line capacity can be changed without adjusting lid dispenser
No need for extra calibrator
Great changeover flexibility for different lid sizes and –types
Thanks to:
Vacuum suction cup
Vacuum controller
Plug-and play sub-units

Lid dispenser
See how it works
Lids are placed in stacks (separated by pins) and pulled down individually using a vacuum suction cup. The lids are then rotated 180 degrees to invert them, in short, stable and optimized steps. Lids are correctly positioned every time and there is no need to reposition them.

A simplified two-step vertical movement allows changes in line capacity without adjusting the lid dispenser. Operation is extremely reliable. There is no need for an extra calibrator after the lid dispenser.

Looking for a budget solution for ice cream filling? Watch out for these hidden costs!
Here's some useful advice
Producers aiming at low cost ice cream production are typically interested in two things: processing equipment that doesn’t require a large investment, and a solution that makes the best use of raw materials. This is a difficult equation to solve, if you also have an interest in reducing waste and achieving an attractive product.

Don’t get blinded by complicated features
Here's some useful advice
Complex machines can do wonderful things. But on the downside, they may require a large investment, trained personnel and time-consuming cleaning and adjustment procedures. Comparing a complicated two-step chocolate sprayer to a high quality single step sprayer illustrates this well.
