Hudson Valley Farms
Our products meet the highest industry regulations for quality and food safety. We operate on a foundation of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs). Our international supply chain has been awarded certification by the Customs Trade Partnership Against Terrorism (C-TPAT). Each lot is tested for adherence to analytical and microbiological specification both at origin and again in our laboratories. All of our products are processed and stored in modern facilities. Our sophisticated planning software is overseen by our on-staff Technology Advisor to ensure an effective and traceable supply chain.
Our Quality Control and Product Development programs are supervised by an in-house expert who is a Certified Culinary Scientist and an accredited Certified Chef. Our production and handling have been audited and approved by a demanding set of major food manufacturers and distributors. Vendors are pre-certified for approval under strict guidelines. A Certificates of Analysis (COA) is issued for each lot for quality verification against specification.
