Sanitary Air Relief Valve

Our Air Relief Valve is designed to expel air from the line without losing the liquid. If you were to take the valve apart, you would notice a light weight polypropylene ball and an upper and lower seat. Take a moment and think when a liquid enters the seat of the valve, moving the ball and having the ball to close the upper or lower seat, based on various pressures in the line and not allowing air into that line.

If you have an air pocket in the line or on the suction of the pump-- this is the valve for you-- This valve, when installed at the top of the tube, will bleed your line and rid of that air pocket or if you are using this valve in conjunction with a pump, remember to mount the valve in front of the pump and on top of the inlet tube to bleed.
